Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, logging in, or using Biz Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The Service
Biz Hub is a management platform for local businesses — including takeaways, retail shops, cafés, trades, florists, and off-licence / convenience stores. We provide tools for point-of-sale, orders, inventory, finance, staff scheduling, customer relationships, marketing, and business insights. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with feature access determined by your chosen plan.
3. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information about your business, to keep your business records within the Service up to date, and to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter, including prices, product information, and financial records.
4. Age-restricted products (off-licence)
If your business sells age-restricted products (such as alcohol, tobacco, or vapes), you are solely and entirely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including age verification requirements. The Service provides a Challenge 25 prompt at the point of sale as a tool to assist your staff, but this prompt does not constitute legal advice and does not relieve you of your legal obligation to verify a customer's age. You must train your staff on lawful age verification and refuse sale where required by law. Biz Hub accepts no liability for your failure to comply with age-restricted sales legislation.
5. Food safety and compliance
The Service provides tools for recording temperature checks, waste logs, and other food safety records. These tools assist with record-keeping but do not constitute a food safety management system or legal advice. You are solely responsible for complying with all food hygiene and safety regulations applicable to your business, including those set by the Food Standards Agency and your local authority. Biz Hub is not responsible for any failure to meet food safety standards.
6. AI features and business advice
The Service includes AI-powered features such as supplier search, price comparison, profit coaching, ad generation, and stock scanning. These features provide suggestions and analysis based on the data you provide. They do not constitute professional, legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for all business decisions made using or based on AI outputs. You should verify all AI-generated information before acting on it. Biz Hub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
7. Payments and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored by Biz Hub. Payment amounts for point-of-sale transactions are verified server-side to prevent price manipulation. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our fees with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until renewal.
8. Third-party integrations
The Service may connect to third-party platforms such as HubRise, Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, card reader providers, and social media platforms. These integrations are governed by the respective provider's terms and policies. Biz Hub is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services. You grant us permission to access and process data from connected services solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; attempt to access another business's data; reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; upload malicious content; or use the Service to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.
10. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Each business's data is isolated and accessible only to authorised users within that business. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds to process any personal data (such as customer information) you enter into the Service, including under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
11. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biz Hub, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Biz Hub harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your breach of these terms; your violation of any law or third-party rights; or the data you enter into the Service, including customer personal data and product information.
14. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Biz Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
15. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if your account is inactive. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
16. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from factors outside our reasonable control. We recommend maintaining your own backups of critical business records.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
19. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, contact us at info@mybizhub.online.
Important: These terms are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting a qualified solicitor to ensure these terms meet your specific business and regulatory requirements.
