Biz Hub uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help you run your business more efficiently. Our AI-powered features include supplier search, price comparison, profit coaching, ad and quote generation, stock-list scanning, product scanning, and an in-app assistant. These features analyse the data you enter (such as products, orders, stock, and suppliers) to provide suggestions, summaries, and estimates.
Our AI features are designed to assist, not replace, human judgement. They can highlight patterns, suggest suppliers, estimate costs, draft marketing copy, and summarise information. They cannot make legally binding decisions, verify the identity or age of a customer, guarantee the accuracy of any figure, or replace professional advice. AI may occasionally produce information that is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should always review and verify AI-generated output before acting on it.
Nothing produced by our AI features constitutes professional, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Profit coaching, price comparisons, and demand forecasts are estimates based on the data available to us and general market information — they are not guarantees of revenue, savings, or outcomes. If you need advice you can rely on, consult a qualified professional such as an accountant, solicitor, or financial adviser.
You remain solely responsible for all business decisions you make using or based on AI outputs. This includes prices you set, suppliers you choose, marketing copy you publish, stock levels you act on, and any information you pass to your customers. You should review every AI-generated suggestion for accuracy, legality, and suitability before use.
Our AI features process the business data you enter into Biz Hub (such as product names, stock quantities, order history, and supplier details) to produce their output. We do not use your business data to train external AI models. Processing takes place under the same data-protection safeguards described in our Privacy Policy, including encryption in transit and at rest and per-business data isolation.
Biz Hub does not claim that any AI feature makes your business, your website, or your products compliant with any law or regulation. AI tools such as stock scanning, product scanning, and profit coaching are record-keeping and decision-support aids only. They do not constitute a food safety management system, an age-verification system, a legal compliance audit, or any form of certification. Compliance with all applicable laws — including age-restricted sales, food hygiene, pricing, consumer protection, and data protection — remains your responsibility.
We are transparent about where AI is used in our Service. Features that use AI are labelled as such in the app. We do not represent our AI as a 'robot' professional, an automated lawyer, or a substitute for human expertise. Where AI generates content (such as ad copy or quotes), we encourage you to review and edit it before publishing.
Some AI features rely on third-party model providers. These providers process data strictly to return a result to us and do not retain or reuse your business data to train their own models. Each provider is bound by their own data-protection commitments, which we review as part of our vendor management.
Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to object to certain processing. These rights are described in our Privacy Policy. AI processing of your personal data is carried out under the same legal bases set out there.
We may update this AI Policy as our features evolve. We will notify you of significant changes within the app or by email. The 'last updated' date below always reflects the current version.
